By registering for the complete ARCSA conference package, you'll gain access to all ARCSA presentations, breakfast on both Wednesday and Thursday mornings, the ARCSA Open House on Wednesday evening, daily breaks and snacks, exhibitor offerings, a conference bag and lanyard, and the conference app.
The ARCSA conference includes breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday, as well as light appetizers at the Open House. Lunches are not provided (1.5 hours are available for attendees to grab lunch), though a small selection of snacks and drinks will be available throughout each day.
ARCSA EXPO
The ARCSA Expo is a tabletop exhibit event where industry professionals gather to showcase their products, services, and innovations. It provides an excellent opportunity for networking, learning about new trends, and connecting with potential clients or partners.
Exhibitor setup will take place Tuesday afternoon from 3pm - 5pm. The Expo will be located in the ARCSA pre-function space beginning Wednesday morning and continuing through the conclusion of the ARCSA session on Thursday. Specific exhibitor hours will be communicated separately.
There are no mandatory hours for exhibitors. However, it's recommended to be present during high traffic times, which typically include breakfast, lunch, and breaks between education sessions. These times offer prime opportunities to interact with attendees and showcase your offerings effectively.
