CO-LOCATED CONFERENCE FAQs

The ASSE International Annual Meeting is a co-located conference, bringing together three distinct conferences — for ASSE International, IAPMO, and ARCSA International under one roof. Each conference has its own schedule, sessions, and audience, but they share the same venue and run concurrently. In addition to their individual programming, attendees can participate in select joint events, such as an evening outing to the Palm Springs Air Museum and a companion program, fostering networking and collaboration across all three conferences.

GENERAL FAQs

The ASSE International Annual Meeting is an annual gathering where plumbers, engineers, contractors, code officials, and more, from various sectors of the industry, convene to engage in meetings, participate in educational seminars, celebrate member accomplishments, and reconnect with colleagues and friends. At the Annual Meeting, experts from around the country gather to determine performance requirements, testing criteria and guidelines for products, as well as knowledge requirements and minimum competencies for professionals who work with these products.

The 2025 ASSE International Annual Meeting, co-located with IAPMO and ARCSA International, will be held September 17 - 19, 2025 at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel in Palm Springs, California.

Most events will be held at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel and the Palm Springs Convention Center. The only off-site activity will be the Wednesday night event at the Palm Springs Air Museum, with round-trip transportation provided for all attendees.

ASSE members and non-members are welcome to attend.

Attendees are encouraged to dress in business casual attire for meetings. This typically includes collared shirts, slacks or skirts, blouses, dresses, and comfortable footwear. However, some special events or activities may have specific dress requirements.

Yes, ASSE members are eligible for discounted registration rates.

Yes, ASSE offers a mobile app for the Annual Meeting. Our app is designed to provide attendees with essential information such as the meeting schedule, local attractions and dining, real-time updates, and interactive features. The app will be available one month prior to the meeting.

The app will be available for download on both Apple and Android devices. Once downloaded, users can create a log-in as a new user or log into your account from previous years.

COMPANION PROGRAM

The ASSE Companion Program offers fun activities for registered companions accompanying registered meeting attendees. The program includes access to the ASSE events schedule and fun interactive classes during the meeting.

Participants can register for the program during the initial registration process of the full registration by selecting the "Add a Companion" option. If already registered, participants can log back into their portal to add a companion later. Each full registrant may add one companion. The registration fee is $305 for an ASSE-Only Companion and $720 for a Joint Companion.

EVENING EVENTS

The Wednesday night evening outing is scheduled for 5:45pm – 10:00pm on Wednesday, September 17 at the Palm Springs Air Museum. Transportation will be provided and will depart from the hotel lobby.

The attire is casual, with attendees advised to wear the provided conference t-shirts.

The Closing Celebration will include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, music, and dancing.

ADMIN FEES

Registration doesn't close, but starting on Sept. 14, an onsite admin fee of $50 will be applied.

If you do not register before the meeting and you must register onsite at the venue, a $50 onsite administrative fee will be added to your registration cost.
